Preservation and maintenance of wetlands is one of the vital items of every society. Wetlands are considered as a source of water and food for humans, so wetlands` protection is important due to the human life.  Participations of different groups of society is required in order to achieve the goal of wetlands preservation. Identifying and analyzing the determinants of local community participation in the restoration of Parishan wetland of Fars province was the main purpose of current study. The statistical population was the local community living in 18 villages around the Parishan wetland of Fars province that 250 individuals of them were selected through random sampling method to collect information using survey and based on a special questionnaire. Data were analyzed using AMOS and SPSS software. According to the results, various factors could be effective on increasing the participation of the local community, from the literacy level and area under cultivation to the other factors such as commitment and responsibility of individuals, educational workshops, considering the opinions of different local groups in decision-makings, the importance of women`s position, communications between experts and local people as well as the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Holding educational classes especially for the women of each village according to their culture, increasing trust between the local community and other governmental and non-governmental institutions through improvement of interactions and informing local people about the current status of the wetland as well as the dangers that may arise in the future through virtual networks were some of the applicable recommendations of the study.

Main purpose of the present paper is investigation of the relation between psychology and neoliberalism and the process of subject production based on the logic of neoliberalism. The idea of self-regulating market finds its counterpart in psychological self-regulating subject as an Ideal mental Health. The relations of psychology and govern-mentality will scrutinize and some approaches of psychology will be discussed in this term. Psychological rhetoric of politicians, managers beside social pathology statistics will be investigated based on this idea of governing self and vanishing the social and the political based on Psychologization of the social problems. According to this view some important researches in this field will be reviewed and discussed. Public psychology in Iranian Sphere is another trend of present study. Public psychology as a branch of positive psychology dominates the life-word and creates new subjects in accordance with the logic of market. Psychology behave like an agenda in the maps of Iranian neo-liberalism and fulfills the slogan of every Iranian as a Business enterprise.

Today, paying attention to the factors affecting tourism development in the village and benefiting from the prospect of tourist attraction is one of the main methods for the development of tourist villages. Meanwhile, the mentality of the local community and native experiences is a great help for the benefit from existing potentials. The designer's negligence from the dominant mentality leads to the designer's inadvertence of some of the factors influencing the design. This research was conducted with the aim of discovering the opinions of local people about the methods of tourism prosperity in the village of Bilehdaragh in Sarein city of Ardebil province. In order to understand the mentality of villagers, the Q research method has been used. This method has the ability to focus on the host community, especially rural small communities. The method that has been performed in five steps is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The data were collected from residents of Bilehdaragh village. For this purpose, 35 propositions from the discourse space were extracted and sorted in the mandatory table. As a result, the existing mentality indicates that, there are two important factors in the way of the tourist's prosperity in the example case. The first point reflects the importance of physical factors and actions and the second mentality reflected the importance of social and cultural measures. In the following, the propositions of each of these considerations were prioritized, then consensus and distinctive propositions of subgroups were extracted.

History of mentality is a novel method in Historiography which attempts to recognize the public mentality and discover the spirit of time to strive at what is known as “ total history” . Linguistic, literary, and artistic sources are filled with information among which one can identify nations’ attitudes. Hence, literary masterpieces with their widespread influence over nations’ mentality gain particular interest here. The singular role of Shahnameh in the history of Persian mentality and formation of persistent national identity amid the Persian literary works and the related arts is worthy of attention. Inspection of historical and cultural sources is a subject mostly overlooked in the common literary and historical researches, therefore, this article pays attention to this aspect, and by using descriptive analytic method aims to explain and analyze the instances of impact of Shahnameh over Persian mentality. The outcome of research indicates that the theory of history of mentality can pave the way for recognition and presentation of Persian thought patterns.

This research investigates the relation between philosophical mentality and educational success of accounting students. The sample consists of 202 and 198 accounting students of governmental and Islamic Azad universities, respectively, over the period from 2015-2016. The research data is collected through questionnaires from students. To test the hypotheses, Equality of two means test and Correlation test using multivariate regression are applied. Results show that philosophical mentality is effective on educational success of accounting students in degree of bachelor; however, it is more effective on educational success of master accounting students in governmental universities than Islamic Azad universities. Also, findings from multivariate regression analysis indicate that educational success in bachelor degree of accounting field is a function of interest level to the field, diploma type and philosophical mentality, and in master degree of accounting field is a function of university type.

Social conflict in projects is an uncompromising representation of differences in interests. Each project receives different claims from stakeholders based on their conditions. Project interest depends on the target level and goals to be achieved. Subsequently, the local community surrounding the project transforms their interests based on economic, social, cultural, and environmental expectations. This study aims to reveal factors of interests between project and local community on the occurrence of social conflict in projects. Soft System Methodology and CATWOE were used to identify root cause and factors of interests in the social conflict. Through library research and previous relevant researches, it was revealed that there are eight factors of interests which cause social conflict in projects. It is recommended that future researches should use factors in Formal System Methodology (FSM) to model the prediction of social conflict in projects based on different interests between project and local community. The results are useful to compose the standard environment and social framework (ESF) as a “middle way interests” concept to reduce social conflict in projects. By using the correct ESF, interests and conflicts can be managed well so that the benefits can be enjoyed by the community and project itself. Finally, the results of this study can be used to formulate indices of social conflicts in construction projects.

Tourism policies widely affect the lives of local residents. On the other hand, the effectiveness of such policies depends on the local community’s support and participation. Therefore, the present study sought to investigate the influence of the Local Community’s Place Image and their perception of tourism impacts on their support for tourism policies in Semnan. To this end, some 340 questionnaires were distributed among local residents, out of which 322 questionnaires were completed by the respondents. The collected data were then analyzed by PLS software using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicated that the residents’ place image had a direct significant effect on their perception of tourism impacts and consequently on their support for tourism development policies. Moreover, the findings highlighted the necessity of evaluating tourism impacts based on the perceptions of residents, because the more favorable they consider the tourism impacts, the more support they give to tourism development policies. Finally, this study suggests some policy recommendations on how to manage the local community’s place image, their perceptions of tourism impacts, and their support for tourism policy-making.
